FAQ'S
Everything you need to know before you enjoy a game with Didcot Escape Rooms.
1
How many people can play?
Your team needs to consist of 2 to 6 people who can work together, communicate and decode various challenging tasks. Just two of you will truly test your skills, a team of six gives you the very best chance to escape the room.
2
Can kids play?
We love to see everyone get involved in escaping our rooms but we have a couple of restrictions. Players must be over 10 years old and any groups with any children under the age of 14 must include at least one playing adult.
3
How long is the game?
Your team has just one hour to escape the room. Please arrive on time for your booking but not before so you don't bump into other teams.
You'll have a ten minute briefing before you enter the game room, and five minutes after your game for a photo opportunity.
4
I'm running late what should i do?
Please call us to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your game.
5
What are your covid precautions?
The team at Didcot Escape Rooms take safety very seriously and are continuing to operate in a COVID safe manner. Gaps between games have been made longer to allow us to clean the game room thoroughly.

To keep all groups separate you must arrive on time with your whole team, no more than 5 minutes before your booking time. Only one team will be allowed in our waiting room at a time.

Compulsory hand sanitising before and after games. We will supply the hand sanitiser in the waiting room when you have your game briefing but if you want to keep cleaning your hands during your game, please bring your own.
